Prescription refills (including pain medications, and BHRT therapies) are considered during office hours only. If you are currently taking a medication and would like to request a refill, please CALL YOUR PHARMACY DIRECTLY.
Your pharmacy will send an electronic prescription refill request to our office. If your refill is approved by Dr. Imboden, it will be returned authorized to your pharmacy within 48 hours of the time received pharmacy request. All refill requests received from pharmacies over the weekend will be handled by Tuesday.
Please monitor the number of refills remaining on your prescription(s) and the amount left in the bottle. Generally, if you are out of a medication it is because you are due to see Dr. Imboden, have lab work performed, or both.
If you need to talk with our nursing staff prior to having a medication refilled, please contact our office and be prepared to provide: your name and date of birth, name of medication, any questions or changes you are requesting, as well as the pharmacy name, address, and phone number.
